Description
This map is taken from Christian Retière's thesis, entitled "Contribution to the knowledge of the benthic stands of the Normanno-Breton Gulf" published in 1979.
It was digitized in 2003 as part of the REBENT Marine Benthic Flora and Fauna Monitoring Network.
Harmonisation with the EUNIS typology was carried out between 2006 and 2008 as part of the REBENT and Interreg-MESH projects.
