Description
This map of benthic stands in the eastern Channel, from Cap d'Antifer to Baie de Somme, was drawn up on the basis of the map by Louis Cabioch, from the Roscoff Oceanological Observatory, and René Glaçon, from the Wimereux Marine Station, entitled ‘Distribution of benthic stands in the eastern Channel, from Cap d'Antifer to Baie de Somme’, published in 1977.
The original map was digitised in 2004 as part of the REBENT (BENThic Monitoring Network) project and is published on the REBENT website: http://www.rebent.org.
