WFD – Artois-Picardie Basin – Ecological status – Biological status – Flora other than Phytoplankton
Description
The analysis covers the monitoring of plant stands other than phytoplankton in coastal and transitional water bodies from the Belgian border to the Bay of Somme and the assessment of their biological quality.
The water body quality for macrophytes is based on the most downgraded result between intertidal macroalgae, subtidal macroalgae, and opportunistic macroalgae.
The most recent assessment of the condition of these stands is presented in the Artois-Picardie WFD Atlas. Previous reports are available in annual archives.
