CURRENT: Percentile 90 of the daily velocity of the barotropic and surface current around Réunion (simulation year: 2006 – 450m mesh)

Current modeling involves recalculating, for each time step, the velocity and direction components of the current in each mesh of the model, for each depth level (30) over the entire right-of-way (~7 million cells recalculated at each time step). As part of the Hydrorun project, a full year of realistic simulation (>50,000 time steps) was generated.

Among the summary parameters produced, the following are presented:
- Percentile 90 of the daily velocity of the barotropic current (calculated over the year 2006) in meters per second
- Percentile 90 of the daily velocity of the surface current (calculated over the year 2006) in meters per second

Dissemination format: GeoTIFF (.TIFF + .TFW) and Netcdf (*.nc)
