WFD – Reunion Basin – Global State
Description
Assessment of the overall status of coastal water bodies in Réunion as part of the monitoring programme of the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC). The overall status is derived from the ecological and chemical status according to the most decommissioning rule.
Map 2013: assessment based on data acquired up to the end of 2012 and validated as part of the 2013 update of the state of play.
Map 2016: State of the WFD Atlas in 2016: assessment based on data acquired up to the end of 2015
Map 2019: State of the DCE Atlas in January 2019: assessment based on data acquired over the period 2011-2016
The most recent assessment of the overall state is presented in the DCE Réunion Atlas.
