Description
Assessment of the ecological quality of coastal water bodies in Réunion as part of the monitoring programme of the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) for specific pollutants.
Map 2013: assessment based on data acquired up to the end of 2012 and validated as part of the 2013 update of the state of play.
Map 2016: State of the WFD Atlas in 2016: assessment based on data acquired up to the end of 2015
Map 2019: State of the DCE Atlas in January 2019: assessment based on data acquired over the period 2011-2016
Maps 2013, 2016 and 2019: As the monitoring of specific pollutants is ongoing, the status of water bodies is recorded as ‘unknown’.
The implementation of monitoring for specific pollutants is under development.
