DATA: Sewerage zoning on Colmar Agglomeration
Description
Regulatory document, annexed to the planning documents, enabling the definition of:
(1) collective sewerage zones where the community is required to ensure the collection of domestic wastewater and the storage, treatment and discharge or reuse of all the water collected;
(2) the areas covered by non-collective sanitation where the community is required to ensure the control of those facilities and, if they so decide, the treatment of draining materials and, at the request of the owners, the maintenance and work to construct and rehabilitate non-collective sanitation facilities;
(3) Areas where measures must be taken to limit soil sealing and to ensure control of the flow and flow of rainwater and runoff;
(4) Areas where it is necessary to provide facilities for the collection, storage and, where necessary, treatment of rainwater and runoff where pollution to the aquatic environment is likely to seriously affect the effectiveness of the sanitation systems.
