Historical and updated mapping of the herbariums of Zostera marina and Z. notlei in Normandy.
The Morphodynamics Continentale et Côtière de Caen laboratory in collaboration with the Regional Directorate of the Environment, Planning and Housing of Normandy has carried out an expert mission to inventory the existing mappings of herbariums of the two species of zostera; Zostera marina and Zostera (Zosterella) noltei; both historical and current.
Layer updated as part of a service entrusted to the M2C laboratory of the University of Caen by Salomé Andres, under the scientific leadership of Jean-Claude Dauvin, professor emeritus.
This layer takes into account the new knowledge on the herbariums of Zostera marina acquired as part of a mission entrusted by the DREAL/SRN to the Naturalist Divers of Normandy. This new information was acquired as part of dives carried out between 2013 and 2018 by the NNPs.
