The Parliament of the Sea, initiated by the Hauts-de-France Region since 2019, aims to bring together, in a space of exchange and consultation, the main players in the regional maritime community. The work of the committees that make up the Parliament of the Sea must be used for a forward-looking vision of the regional seaboard.
