Local Public Employment Service (SPEL) in Hauts-de-France (2021)

Description

Scope of the Public Services for Local Employment (SPEL) Since 1 July 2016, a new organisation of the Public Service for Local Employment (SPEL) has been set up in the Hauts-de-France region, bringing together the State and the Region. A SPEL is composed of all local actors in the field of employment, training and career guidance with the task of coordinating the policies put in place in these areas. Its main roles are to identify issues specific to the territory, its employment and training needs and to provide an appropriate response to the needs and difficulties of companies.
