Description
easements resulting from Predictable Natural Hazard Prevention Plans (NPRP)
and mining risk prevention plans (PPRM) drawn up pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
The PPRMs are intended to prevent the following mining risks: subsidences, collapses,
fontis, floods, hazardous gas emissions, soil or water pollution, radiation emissions
ionising.
This lot contains generators, plates, legal acts, associated relational tables (list of easements, lists of deeds, list of managers and relationship table between acts and easements).
