Description
Risk prevention plans (RPPs) are the State's essential instrument for risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at risk.
Prior to its prescription and approval, the knowledge of risks acquired during the conduct of studies prior to the development of the PPR may be brought to the attention (PàC PPR) and applicable under R111-2 of the Planning Code. They are not, however, worth public utility servitude.
The RPP regulations distinguish between "no-build zones", known as "red zones", where the general rule is the prohibition on building; "prescribed areas", known as "blue areas", where projects are subject to requirements appropriate to the type of issue and hazard and areas not directly exposed to risks but subject to prohibitions or requirements.
The data are of an informative nature, only the paper documents having the visa of the prefecture are authentic.
