Data batch direct download service (WFS): Utility easement PM1 for Haute-Savoie
Description
Easements of public utility affecting land use and found their basis in texts adopted pursuant to the relevant legislation.
Pursuant to Articles L. 151-43 and L. 161-1 of the Urban Planning Code, these easements must be annexed to the local planning plan or to the municipal map in force in the territory concerned.
Articles L. 152-7 and L. 162-1 also state that this annexation is necessary in order to make the SUPs enforceable against applications for planning permission.
