Description
Linear rivers, parts of rivers or canals of the Loire-Bretagne basin listed in list 2 as defined in 2° of I of Article L. 214-17 of the Environmental Code on which all works must be managed, maintained and equipped in accordance with the rules laid down by the administrative authority, in consultation with the owner or, failing that, the operator to ensure the adequate transport of sediments and the circulation of migratory fish within five years after the publication of the list adopted on 10 July 2012 by the coordinator prefect of the Loire-Bretagne basin.
