Areas that have benefited from an operation:
* by prefectural decree (until 2005):
— land reorganisation
— rememberment
— forest land management
— agricultural and forestry land development
—development of uncultivated or manifestly under-exploited land
* by decision of the President of the General Council (from 2006)
— agricultural and forestry land development
—exchanges and amicable transfers of rural buildings
development of uncultivated land
We distinguish:
1) ongoing and completed operations
2) operations referred to as “Article 10” carried out pursuant to Articles L123-24 to L123-26 of the Rural Code
