Description
A driver’s licence examination centre may designate indiscriminately:
— administrative premises (delegate’s office);
— rooms used for the General Theoretical Test (GTE);
— the runways used for the practical examination (moto, heavy goods vehicles);
— an area corresponding to a circuit for the practical examination.
Driving licence examination centres are mainly characterised by their geographical location, their nature (practical, theoretical, administrative) and their qualification (theoretical examination, A licence, B licence, EC licence).
The purpose of this standard is to enable the departmental directorates of the territories to map the driving licence examination centres in order to inform the public of their location.
