Description
Release easement: aviation easement established for the protection of air traffic:
Aeronautical clearance and markup easement established pursuant to Articles L. 281-1 and R. 241-1 to R. 243-3 of the Civil Aviation Code. NB: the mark-up easement is described under code T4.
We represent only the envelope of the easement and we refer to a plan on a very large scale.
This bondage plate has no generator in GeoMap because the latter varies from one department to another. This may be a repository data (BDCarto, BDTopo) or data entered by the manager.

* The scale of the plate of the SUP is that of the plan annexed to the act. A carryover to a finer scale has only an indicative value. The EGS scale is the target scale sought, it can vary from one category of SUP to another and even from one department to another depending on the manager’s data.
