Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: PPR ISPOURE (64DDTM20160004) - Information area of a risk prevention plan Flood of ISPOURE (64275), department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
Description
The plans for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRn) were established by the Act of 2 February 1995 on the strengthening of environmental protection. They are the essential instrument of the State in terms of risk prevention. The objective of this procedure is the control of development in areas exposed to a major risk.
The PPRn are decided by the prefects and generally carried out by the departmental directorates of the territories (DDT). These plans regulate the occupation of the land or its use by prohibitions of construction or prescriptions on existing or future buildings (constructive provisions, work to reduce vulnerability, (restrictions on use or agricultural practices ...).
These plans may be under development (prescribed), pre-implemented or approved.
The expertise information sheds light on the expertise conducted within the framework of the PPRn by specifying particular points (fracking zone, obstacle such as a bridge, ...) or by adding useful information to the general understanding of the PPRn (flood markers, flow direction, flow velocity, ...)
