Description
An installation classified for the protection of the environment is a fixed installation whose operation presents risks to the environment.
ICPEs can be classified as agricultural or industrial and can, depending on the case, generate variable reciprocity zones, depending on the heading and the elements structuring the installation.
Examples:factories, livestock buildings, warehouses, quarries, etc.
On the basis of the elements constituting an ICPE (instructed by the DDCSPP subject to authorisation or registration, a right-of-way is generated to dispose of the right-of-way of the installation.
These are the ICPEs instructed by the DDCSPP subject to Authorization, Declaration or Registration, aimed at preserving homes as well as residential areas from planning documents.
The digitization is intended to be a proper postponement of the authorization, declaration or registration file, filed with the Prefecture and the DDCSPP.
