Description
Zoning consisting of all urban displacement plan (DUP) perimeters under development or approved. It determines, within the framework of an urban transport area (PTU), the organisation of the transport of persons and goods, traffic and parking. All modes of transport are concerned, resulting in actions in favour of alternative modes of transport to private cars: public transportation, two wheels, walking... Each Urban Travel Plan must now also include an environmental assessment component. It is a lever for efforts to save energy and limit greenhouse gas emissions, and can help limit the impacts of travel on the green and blue frame.
