Description

This dataset describes, by EPCI (public institutions of intercommunal cooperation *) outside mixed unions and PETR (pole of territorial and rural balance) the type of PE as well as the name of the PE. The rebound of the communal compositions of EPs through the SuDocUH survey, a tool for real-time monitoring of planning procedures for urban planning and housing as of 31/12/2019. The elementary data for year N are produced by the departmental directorates of the territories in January N+ 1 and decided on 31 December N (by 2018). The vintage dataset is usually produced in March after a verification process, including their completeness, consistency with the GOC of the year. However, very specific inaccuracies remain possible. * Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) are groupings of municipalities whose purpose is to draw up “common development projects within solidarity zones”. They are subject to common rules which are homogeneous and comparable to those of local authorities. Urban communities, agglomeration communities, communities of municipalities, new agglomeration unions, communal unions and joint unions are EPCIs.
