Description
For natural PPRs, the Environmental Code defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures can be foreseen to avoid exacerbating the risk
The Veyre Basin RPP defines 2 types of restricted areas:
Red Zone where all new constructions are prohibited:
R1: low Hazardous Flood Expansion Fields
R2: medium Hazards — Flood Expansion Fields
R3: Vagaries
R3u: Vagaries in urban centres
Orange area where new constructions are authorised with prescription:
O1: low-risk urban area
O2: urban area with medium uncertainties
