Description
Order of 1 August 2014 pursuant to Article R. 304-1 of the Construction and Housing Code
Subject: revision of the decree classifying municipalities by geographical areas known as A/B/C applicable to certain housing subsidies.
In particular, ‘A/B/C’ zoning is used to determine eligible areas and modulate the level of financial incentives for rental investment and home ownership. To meet this objective, it classifies the territories according to the degree of tension of their local real estate market.
