Basins of life 2012 as of 1 January 2021 in the department of Haute-Marne and the neighbouring departments.
The division of France “in basins of life” was carried out to facilitate an understanding of the structuring of the territory of metropolitan France.
The basin of life is the smallest area in which the inhabitants have access to the most common facilities and services.
The services and facilities of everyday life used to define the basins of life are classified in 6 main areas: services to individuals, trade, education, health, sports, leisure and culture, transport.
