Introduced by Article 68 of Act No. 2006-872 of 13 July 2006 on a national commitment to housing, the Departmental Habitat Plan (PDH) is intended to ensure consistency between the policies carried out in the territories covered by local housing programmes (PLH) and those carried out in the rest of the department.
