Watercourse mapping and aid conditionality The Ministerial Instruction of 3 June 2015 asked the State services to carry out a watercourse mapping. Water Act (L.214-1 to L214-6 of the Environmental Code), which provides that certain facilities, works or activities on watercourses require prior authorisation. Provisions relating to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), which provide, inter alia, for the establishment of grassed strips along watercourses for ‘Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions’.
