Description
The establishment of a light equipment net anchorage area (Zmel) consists of delimiting and developing, on the natural public maritime domain (MPD), a temporary reception and parking area for ships
and boats, with mobile and liftable installations that guarantee the reversibility of the assignment of the occupied site.
The purpose of this operation is to guide the practice of anchoring, on anchors or anchors, in areas frequented by boaters and adequately sheltered. The Zmel are distinguished from port facilities by the ‘light’ nature of the equipment they host, but also by the procedures applicable to their creation and management.
