Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Generator of easements along non-donam watercourses in Cantal (SUP type A4)
Description
GIS layer complying with the CNIG standard and aggregating, for the department of Cantal, the geographical data of the easement of public utility A4 (servitude of passage or in the bed of non-domanial rivers). Public utility easements (SUPs) are administrative limitations on the right to property established for the benefit of public persons engaged in an activity in the public interest. The creation of a public easement is based on two elements: 1. the existence of an entity that generates servitude (here, watercourses) and 2. a generating event that may be a law or the result of a proceeding (here, a DIG order).
