Description
The table L_CDAC_075 lists the files submitted to the Commission départementale d’aménagement commercial (CDAC) in Paris and filed as from 1 January 2015, with an ad hoc geolocation at the address.
Provided for in Article L751-2 of the Commercial Code, the CDAC is a body presided over by the Prefect and composed of elected officials, qualified persons in the field of consumer protection, sustainable development and spatial planning. It shall decide on applications for commercial operating authorisations. For the Paris department, the investigation of the files is carried out by the UDEA 75, which also acts as the secretariat of the commission.
