Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Risk of forest fires on the territory of the Sainte-Baume Massif in the department of Var

The Risk Prevention Plans (PPR) were established by the Act of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment.
In 2003, serious fires took place in the Var department leading the state to prescribe 17 PPR Forest Incendies, including 5 on the Sainte-Baume.
The methodology used follows the recommendations of the methodological guide developed in 2002. The hazard forest fire is defined as the probability that a forest fire of given intensity occurs in a location.
