Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Noise — LN Type A curves — 2nd deadline
Description
Areas exposed to noise:
— for roads with annual traffic exceeding 3 million vehicles
— for railway axes flowing more than 29000 trains per year
LN = isophone curves in dB(A) between 22h and 6h in step from 5 in 5 from 55 dB(A) to 75 dB(A) and more.
This study complements the 1st deadline strategic noise maps developed by the Technical Equipment Studies Centre (CETE) in 2008 for road infrastructure with annual traffic of more than 6 million vehicles. In order to ensure uniformity of renderings, the entire line already mapped has been revised, beyond the recommendations of the Directive [1] requiring revision when the expected deviation exceeds ± 2 dB.
These metadata will be linked to the COVADIS GeoStandart, which is in preparation: Development of the Geostandard Land Transport Noise (BTT) MEDDE-MLET DGPR
