This is the outline of the municipalities that merged from 1 January 2018 to present.
This year the communal landscape has evolved remarkably to the sandstone of mergers. This is why the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT) provides a layer of information available to all.
The data includes two fields, the INSEE number of the municipality and the name of the municipality.
The DDT des Deux-Sèvres uses as INSEE number the number of the municipality designated as the head of the new municipality as defined in the Prefectural Decree. The name is that of the new municipality.
