Description
This dataset contains the authorised routes of road transport of round timber in the Gers. Since Decree No 2009-780 of 23 June 2009, the transport of round timber has benefited from a perennial system inscribed in the Highway Code (R433-9 to R433-16 in Title III, Chapter III of Book IV) replacing the 2003 texts.
The Order of 29 June 2009 and the Circular of 31 July 2009 specify the authorised rolling stock, the model certificate on honour and the content of the transport plan.
The new scheme entered into force on 9 July 2009.
