Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Wetlands compensating in the sense of the water police of a development project in Loire-Atlantique
Description
This data identifies compensating wetlands as a result of the impact on a wetland of a development project subject to the Water Act (nomenclature 3310 of the Law on Water, Ministerial Order of 24 June 2008 as amended which specifies the criteria for defining and delimiting wetlands pursuant to Articles L.214-7-1 and R.211-108 of the Environmental Code).
They shall be delimited by the instructor in the context of the tasks of the water police when examining the water police file from the file submitted by the petionnaire and as defined in the file.
This data is part of a set of two geographic layers:
— the N_ZH_IMP_S_044 layer corresponding to wetlands impacted in the sense of water policy by a development project
— the N_ZH_COMP_S_044 layer corresponding to compensating wetlands within the meaning of the water policy of a development project
