Description
Law No 2014-58 of 27 January 2014 on the modernisation of territorial public action and the affirmation of metropolitan areas (MAPTAM) provides for the transfer of responsibility for managing aquatic environments and flood prevention (GEMAPI) to municipalities and to all public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI).
This transfer is effective from 1 January 2018.
The last update dates from the interprefectural decree of 26 February 2021 establishing the Bèze Albane union resulting from the merger of the joint union for the development of the Vingeanne and the intercommunal union of the catchment area of the Bèze Albane.
