Description
the Deferred Development Area (ADZ) is an area in which a local authority, a public establishment serving it or a Société d’économie mixte (SEM) holding a development agreement has, for a period of 6 years, a right of pre-emption over all sales and disposals for consideration of immovable property or social rights.
