Description
The Labour Code provides for derogations from the Sunday rest rule in certain sectors previously identified:
– international tourist areas (ITAs) delimited by orders of the ministers responsible for labour, tourism and trade pursuant to Article L.3132-24 of the Labour Code;
– tourist areas (ZT) delimited by prefectural order pursuant to Article L.3132-25 of the Labour Code;
– the commercial zones (ZC) delimited by prefectural order pursuant to Article L.3132-25-1 of the Labour Code;
– the rights of way of the stations listed by the Order of 9 February 2016 adopted for the application of Article L.3132-25-6 of the Labour Code.

The table L_SECTEUR_DEROGATION_TRAVAIL_DOMINICAL_S_075 proposes a spatial delimitation in the form of surfaces of the sectors derogating from the Sunday rest rule established on the territory of Paris.
Sectors whose acts of creation have been cancelled have been kept in the table for information purposes (with an etat_acte attribute of ‘cancelled’). For sectors that have been amended, only the resulting scope in force appears in the table.
