Description
Linear watercourses, parts of rivers or canals of the Seine-Normandie basin listed in list 2 as defined in 2° of I of Article L. 214-17 of the Environmental Code, on which all works must be managed, maintained and equipped in accordance with the rules defined by the administrative authority, in consultation with the owner or, failing that, the operator to ensure the adequate transport of sediments and the circulation of migratory fish.
