Description
the OPAH is a French convention between a commune, an EPCI (Etablissement public de coopération intercommunale), the State, the Region and the Anah (Agence nationale de l’habitat) to re-qualify and rehabilitate a built neighbourhood. The aim of an OPAH is to create more favourable conditions that can encourage investors, single-owners or co-owners to invest in the improvement or renovation of existing housing within a specific area.
