Clearing is a voluntary operation that destroys the wooded state of a land and puts an end to its forest destination for new use. Applications for clearance authorisation are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Forestry Code.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 15 of the CNIL Law of 6 January 1978 as amended, Sylva was the subject of an order dated 27 February 2001 (OJ of 5 April 2001 — page 5298).
