Points locating the various works involved in the collection and treatment of municipal waste in Gers.
Municipal waste is, according to the Decree of 31 December 2001, waste the disposal of which falls within the competence of the municipalities (Title IV of Book V of the Environmental Code, Arts L2224-13 and L2224-14 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities). Municipal waste is not classified as hazardous by Decree No. 2002-540 of 18 April 2002. This layer does not identify facilities that treat waste classified as hazardous from municipal waste collection or treatment facilities.
