Description
The Natural Risk Prevention Plan (PPRN) is a document produced by the State which regulates land use according to the natural risks to which it is subject. This regulation ranges from the prohibition on construction to the possibility of building under certain conditions.The PPRN was created by the Barnier Law in 1995.Before that date, perimeters of areas at risk of flooding were delimited on certain non-domanial rivers of the Yvelines by the Prefectural Decree of 2 November 1992, adopted under Article R111.3 of the Urban Planning Code in force on that date. The demarcated areas are of two types (A or B) depending on the type of requirements to which they are subject.The Barnier Law repealed Article R111.3 of the CU but gave the value of PPRN to all previous orders made under this article.This layer covers all the boundaries defined in the cartographic annex to the Prefectural Decree of 2 November 1992.
