Description
A Climate-Territorial Energy Plan (PCET) is a territorial sustainable development project whose purpose is the fight against climate change and the adaptation of the territory. The ETCP therefore aims to mitigate/reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to limit the impact of the territory on climate change and to adapt the territory to climate change to reduce its vulnerability.
