Description
The natural maritime public domain consists of:
—of the soil and subsoil of the sea, between the upper limit of the shoreline, i.e. those of the highest seas in the absence of exceptional meteorological disturbances, and the limit, on the broad side, of the territorial sea;
—lays (parks from which the sea has permanently withdrawn) and relays (alluvionary deposits) of the sea.
