Supra-communal areas in which an administrative procedure develops
or revise a Territorial Energy Climate Plan (PCAET)
EPCI with own taxation (communities of municipalities, communities
agglomeration, urban communities and metropolises) existing on 1 January 2017
and with more than 20,000 inhabitants must adopt and upload their
PCAET by 31 December 2018. (reference: Article L.229-26 of the Code of
environment).
