Description
This data informs each solar park construction project. These are all parcels included in the construction permit application for the original project. When the central is carried out, it impacts only part of the project. The establishment of power plants in service is another set of data: N_PARC_PHOTOVOLTAIQUE.

DDTM 34 only deals with applications for land-based power plants (except for one of the old applications: case of Vendres). The above-ground power plants are instructed by the municipalities.
