Description
Having regard to the need to improve road safety and to ensure traffic flow during winter periods, particularly on roads structuring or having a tourist interest, the obligation to wear winter equipment (four snow tyres or the presence of socks or chains in the passenger compartment of the vehicle) is applicable to vehicles with four wheels and more circulating on municipalities and lanes listed in Prefectural Order No 65-2021-09-28-00004 listing the municipalities and roads concerned by the application of the decree on the obligation to equip certain vehicles in winter
