Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: 2020 inventory of potential agricultural wasteland in Finistère
Description
In accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Future for Agriculture, Food and Forestry of 13 October 2014 and Article L112-1-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code, the Prefect instructs, every five years, the departmental commission for the preservation of natural, agricultural and forestry areas (CDPENAF) to carry out an inventory of the parcels considered as wasteland, which could be rehabilitated for the exercise of an agricultural or forestry activity.
Due to its design, this inventory is not intended to be exhaustive but is intended to be a tool to help locating potential agricultural wasteland. It is not a substitute for a fine photo-interpretation or an on-site visit.
In any case, it is necessary to approach the services of the DDTM to verify which environmental impact assessments and/or administrative authorisations are necessary first and foremost.
