Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Limits of 15 km of urban units of more than 15,000 inhabitants and the shore of the sea in the Loire-Atlantique
Description
The 15 km perimeter of the outer boundary of urban units with more than 15,000 inhabitants and 15 km perimeter of the shoreline in Loire-Atlantique has been defined with a view to the possible application of the provisions of Article L 122.2 of the Urbanism Code (amended under the ALUR law) in Loire-Atlantique.
Under the conditions specified in the above article, in municipalities which are not covered by an applicable territorial coherence scheme, the local urban planning plan may not be amended or revised in order to open to urbanisation a demarcated area to be urbanised after 1 July 2002 or a natural area.
From 27 March 2014 until 31 December 2016, this provision shall apply in municipalities less than 15 kilometres from the shore of the sea or fifteen kilometres from the outer limit of an urban unit of more than 15 000
