Description
As of 2019, this mapping of BCAE watercourses has been completed. It is necessary to refer to it.
Streams or portions of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree of 16 July 2007.
These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.
